Lance has been involved in Youth and Family Ministry for over 13 years and has worked with students and parents of all ages. LILA EARWOOD - CHILDREN'S Lila Earwood has served as the Children's Minister at Montgomery since May, 2005. She and her husband, Rodney, have two little girls, Gillian and Sage who love telling her what ideas work in class and which ones don't!
