Are there a lot of young couples? Older couples?

Both!  And singles too, and teens, and younger and older families.  Montgomery loves its congregational diversity, which we feel glorifies the Creator who made us all of one blood.  Members from a wide variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds bless our church.  We have members of all ages, and ministries and activities for everyone from infants to senior citizens.
